Grand Opening!

DT2

Diversity Thrift - Richmond;s Progressive Bargain Store, is home again in the Fan where we grew up. Store hours at DT2 are 11 to 6 Tuesday through Sunday and closed Mondays.

Located at 2219 W. Main Street, between Shields and Strawberry, DT2 is the place to grab some fashions, to groove to some tunes or to add to your stock of unusual and valuable collectibles.

DT2 features selected items chosen to appeal to the folks who make the Fan and VCU great: clothing, housewares, music, books and video, and a collection of eclectic home furnishings. Oh yeah, and other stuff - you never know what we'll have! And the original Diversity Thrift is only seven minutes away, with our full selection of fun stuff for sale cheaply, including Richmond's best selection of gently-used furniture. Small donations will be accepted at DT2, although for large donations, we ask that donors schedule a free pickup by calling (804) 353-8890, or you can bring the donated items to Diversity Thrift, at 1407 Sherwood Ave., behind the Diamond.

DT2 has free WiFi access, just like the Gay Community Center of Richmond. It's will be another visible presence for our community (we'e good at being visible) and is gives all of us another way to do good while buying cheap!
